It is important that you take care of information about you, who you share it with, and that you make sure you know and agree with how they plan to use it.

At Playphysio, we take special care to make sure that we manage information about you properly. Here, we explain how we use your information, how long we keep it for, and your rights.

If you do allow us to use your information, this is what we’ll do with it:

1. Use your health information to tell the games you play how to get you to do your exercises and record how you are doing. 
2. With your permission, we will share this information with your parents or carers and other people caring for your health
3. Use your health information to help others with Cystic Fibrosis by carrying out research

It is your choice how we use your health information, and you do not have to agree if you do not want to. You also have the choice to decide who can see your information. 

Important: it is your choice. 

You do not have to let us use your information, you can play games and do your exercises separately, but if you do want to play games whilst doing your exercises, we do need to have information about you. You agreeing is called consent – it is your agreement that you understand what we are going to do and you are allowing us to do it.

Important: you can change your mind

You can change your mind at any time, and just let us know. We will stop using your information and get safely rid of the information we have collected about you.

Consent for data collection / processing

At Playphysio we make sure you and your child’s personal data is handled in the right way. We have explained in detail how we do this on our Privacy Policy here.

As your child is under the age of 13, we will require parental consent to process your child’s health information.

We would like your parental consent to use your child’s data for the following purposes:

1. Use of health data to provide the Playphysio service 
2. Use of health data for research purposes to help others with Cystic Fibrosis
3. Send you marketing information about Playphysio 

It is your choice how we use your child’s health data, and you do not have to consent if you do not want to. You also have the choice to decide who can see your child’s records. 

Please note that once your child reaches the age of 13, they will have to re-consent and will have control of their profile.
